New Years Eve, December 31st 2021, Canadian singer songwriter Cam White releases his latest album - The Journey Thus Far.
The Journey Thus Far is Cam White’s 4th studio album and is composed of his most celebrated and requested original songs to date. The album features 20 soundtracks comprised from his days in Wichita, Kansas with rock band ‘The Dirt’, as frontman for ‘Cam and the Collective’ and his 2017 solo album ‘Quickfix’ for which he toured across Canada, his 2015 self produced 3 song EP 'Band From the Whitehouse' and three never before released Instrumental tracks to finish up the list.
As a songwriter, Cam White utilizes his nose to the grindstone work ethic and applies it to funnelling his creative insight resulting in lyrical and heartfelt songs that reflect on life, love, music, meaning and the common thread connecting humans on their life’s journey.
From alternative rock ballads like ‘Under The Moonlight’ to pub hits like ‘Digital Reality’ and ‘The Bird’, or love songs such as ‘Inside Your Door’, there are plentiful back to back offerings of entertaining tunes to enjoy.

I feel I have recently finished a chapter of my life and I now find myself on the threshold of something new. From ‘Clean Slate’ which I wrote as I gained sobriety, to ‘Quickfix’ and ‘Lean on Me’ which both reflect on ways in which I feel compelled to fix brokenness in the world, I find this album unifies who I’ve been thus far and allows me to move forward as I shift into the next chapter of my growing as an artist.
